Terms and Conditions
A booking is confirmed on receipt of the booking form and deposit.
Food allergies have to be advised before the event, not on the day or during the class or party.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money, if a place on a course is reserved using a gift voucher and the recipient fails to turn up no alternative date will be offered.
Adults are no longer permitted to wait inside the venue , the only exception being the host parents and where very young children are involved.
A minimum of six people is required to run any of our classes.
A booking may be cancelled upto 48hrs beforehand with the loss of the deposit , after this time full payment will be expected from the client.
If government guidelines change and we are unable to proceed with a confirmed booking we will of course reschedule.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year , this may only be extended in exceptional circumstances .
