This course is ideal for those who want to learn the basics of bread making. It is a great opportunity to try your hand at making a selection of different breads from scratch. We go at an even pace whereby everyone leaves the class with the ability to bake their own bread at home. The class is held at the lovely Terra Nova School.

Course Content includes Malted brown rolls, French Fougasse , an introduction to sourdough and traditional Italian Focaccia with sourdough.
