Gingerbread is a truly traditional English cake – but our soft gingerbread is more cakey than biscuity. Just the right amount of ginger to give you a really gingery flavour, and a nice, moist texture.
Cherry & Almond Cake
Real cherries and real almonds make this a cake to savour! The sweet fruitiness of the cherries is balanced perfectly by the unique flavour of almond. (Almonds were a prized ingredient in Tudor times, and were used in savoury as well as sweet dishes, but we thought we'd stick to cakes!)
