Traditional Cakes
Gingerbread
Gingerbread is a truly traditional English cake – but my soft gingerbread is more cakey than biscuity. Just the right amount of ginger to give you a really gingery flavour, and a nice, moist texture.
Chocolate Tiffin
To us a taste of heaven, particularly when eaten straight from the fridge! A toffee digestive biscuit base with only the best milk chocolate smothered on top, giving the most wonderful combination of sweet flavours. Rich and indulgent, but we guarantee you will be back for more.
Cherry & Almond Cake
Real cherries and real almonds make this a cake to savour! The sweet fruitiness of the cherries is balanced perfectly by the unique flavour of almond. (Almonds were a prized ingredient in Tudor times, and were used in savoury as well as sweet dishes. But we thought we'd stick to cakes!)
Lemon Drizzle Cake
A moist, light sponge with a crunchy top - and a wonderfully zesty lemon flavour throughout!
