Delivery options:
When ordering goods from The Speckled Hen Country Bakery, you can choose to have them sent to your home address, a workplace or directly to a third party. You will need to make sure that there is someone at the delivery address to accept the parcel.
A personalised message can be included if sending goods or a hamper as a gift. Please discuss this with a member of staff from the bakery. Please note that we currently do not deliver overseas.

Delivery Costs:
All prices on our website exclude delivery within the UK. Goods may be collected (no delivery cost incurred) from The Speckled Hen Country Bakery or delivered by a courier of our choice. You will be asked to select which option you require at the checkout.
The cost of delivery (including packaging) is £5.00 for up to 10Kg.

Delivery Times:
To ensure that you receive perishable goods as soon as possible, we aim to fulfill your order and dispatch the goods to you within five working days of receiving your order. If we are unable to dispatch the goods to you within this time, we shall contact you and advise you of a delivery date. If this delivery date is not acceptable or another delivery time cannot be agreed upon then we will offer you a full refund.

If you wish to purchase products as a gift, or select a hamper that you would like to arrive on a specific date, we will try to send your order so it will arrive either on, or the day before your requested date. It is advisable to place an order of this nature in good time, to enable us to offer you the best possible service.

It is not possible to deliver at weekends or Public holidays, however collections from The Speckled Hen Country Bakery can be arranged. Please ring the bakery for advice.
Orders placed via the website/email after 3.00 pm or at weekends or public holidays, will be picked up by us the next working day.

'Little Chick's' Party Food Orders:
'Little Chick's' Party Food orders may be collected from The Speckled Hen Country Bakery (no delivery cost incurred) or delivered to a location within a 10 mile radius. The cost of delivery for locations up to 5 miles from the bakery is £5.00 and for locations between 5 and 10 miles, £10.00. You will need to make sure that there is someone to receive the order at a time agreed with The Speckled Hen Country Bakery.
