The bakery specialises in flapjacks and brownies, offered in a range of different varieties and formats, to meet the needs of our customers.
Our flapjacks are packed with only the best ingredients and are available in six varieties all year round, with additional 'Seasonal Specials' available during certain months of the year (See 'Seasonal Specials').
Our brownies are a must for chocolate lovers. They are delicious just as they are, or warmed and served as a desert with ice-cream, cream or anything else for that matter! They are available in four different varieties and can be frozen if required.
We also currently offer a delicious gingerbread cake and a range of fudge made to a traditional recipe.
Our product range is expanding all the time. We regularly take on board customer comments and spend a considerable amount of time developing new lines (tested rigorously by tasting panels made up of friends, relatives and local villagers, appreciated for their honesty!).
