The orchard at Hollins FarmApples are possibly the quintessential English fruit. Our climate is perfectly suited to apple growing – and there are so many to choose from! We’ll look at both cooking and dessert apples, and learn which apple to use or which dish.
You’ll also learn about the fundamentals of growing your own apples – which varieties to choose, and how to care for them.
As with all our courses, you’ll take home something wonderful for everyone to eat.
